Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel paid subscriptions or other recurring services offered by Big 5 Capital.

1. Cancelling a Subscription

Where a subscription is offered, you may cancel it using the cancellation method made available with the service or by contacting info@big5capital.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, subject to the terms displayed when you subscribed.

2. Effect of Cancellation

Unless the applicable product terms state otherwise or applicable law requires a different outcome, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already been paid for. Your access may continue until the end of the paid period or may end earlier where required by the relevant service terms.

3. Immediate Cancellation

If you believe a subscription has been renewed incorrectly, or you need urgent assistance with an account or payment issue, contact us promptly with the relevant details so we can investigate.

4. Cancellation by Big 5 Capital

We may suspend or terminate a service where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, non-payment, legal or regulatory reasons, or material breach of our Terms of Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice.

5. Free Services

Free access to content or services may be discontinued at any time where reasonably necessary, subject to any rights or commitments that apply.
