Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid products and services offered by Big 5 Capital, including paid access to educational products where applicable.

1. General Principle

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, the nature of the service, the applicable payment terms and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this Policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Digital Educational Services

Where a digital course or membership provides immediate access to digital content, refund eligibility may be affected once substantial access to or use of that content has occurred, subject to applicable law and any specific promise made at checkout.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to an apparent payment error, contact us promptly with the transaction details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate amount.

4. Service Issues

If a paid service is materially unavailable or does not correspond with its description, contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide corrected access, replacement access or a refund consistent with applicable law.

5. Refund Exclusions

Amounts properly and lawfully incurred, completed third-party charges or other amounts that are not refundable under applicable law may not be refundable. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@big5capital.com with your name, account email, purchase details, payment date and a description of the issue. We may request reasonable information to verify the transaction.

7. Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Fraud and Abuse

Refund requests involving fraud, misuse or repeated abuse of refund processes may be investigated before a decision is made.
